1. Information we collect

• Birth and chart information you submit, such as birth date, birth time, birth city, coordinates, timezone, generated planetary lines, saved charts, and report status.
• Payment and order information, such as checkout status, product purchased, amount, currency, order identifiers, refund status, and the email associated with a purchase. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications, such as support requests, refund requests, feedback, and any files or context you choose to send us.
• Technical information, such as device and browser type, IP address, log data, cookie identifiers, pages visited, error reports, and basic security events.

2. How we use information

• To create, save, display, and improve your astrocartography charts.
• To generate and deliver digital reports and PDF report access.
• To authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, and protect against abuse.
• To process orders, unlock paid report access, provide receipts, and handle refunds.
• To answer support requests, investigate access issues, and communicate service updates.
• To monitor performance, fix bugs, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with law.

3. Payments and Creem

Paid digital products are purchased through Creem checkout. Creem may act as the Merchant of Record for your transaction, which means Creem can process payment details, taxes, invoices, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud checks. We receive limited order metadata needed to confirm payment and unlock your purchased report. Your payment details are handled by Creem and its payment partners under their own policies.

4. Service providers and data sharing

We share information only as needed to run Astrocartography Chart, fulfill purchases, protect the service, or comply with legal obligations. Service providers may include hosting and database providers, authentication providers, payment providers such as Creem, email providers, analytics or error monitoring tools, cloud storage providers, and AI providers used to help generate report text. These providers are allowed to process information only for the services they provide to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your birth details for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as login, session security, checkout flow continuity, preferences, analytics, and performance monitoring. You can control cookies in your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.

6. Data retention

We keep account, chart, report, and order information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain purchase records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your account or chart data, we will delete or anonymize eligible information unless we must keep it for legitimate business or legal reasons.

7. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Because we use global service providers, your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing of your personal information. We may ask for information to verify your identity before completing your request.

9. Children

Astrocartography Chart is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
