Terms of Service

1. What we provide

Astrocartography Chart provides astrology-based digital tools, including interactive astrocartography maps, location recommendations, chart interpretations, and paid digital reports. The service is for personal insight, entertainment, and self-reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, relocation, or professional advice.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to save charts, unlock paid reports, or access purchased content. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us at support@astrocartographychart.net.

3. Prices, payments, and Creem checkout

Prices are shown on the pricing page and checkout page before purchase. Unless a checkout page says otherwise, prices are listed in USD and taxes may be calculated during checkout. Paid purchases are processed through Creem checkout. Creem may act as the Merchant of Record for transactions, which means Creem can handle payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, receipts, refund processing, chargebacks, and fraud checks.

The complete astrocartography report is currently sold as a one-time digital purchase attached to one generated chart. It is not a subscription unless the checkout page clearly states that a recurring plan is being purchased.

4. Digital delivery and access

After a successful checkout, your purchased report should unlock in your account for the chart connected to that checkout. Delivery may include web access, generated report text, PDF access, or related digital content. If your payment succeeded but your report does not unlock, email support@astrocartographychart.net with your account email, order or checkout ID if available, and a short description of the issue.

5. Refunds and billing support

Because paid reports are digital products that may be generated and delivered shortly after checkout, purchases are generally final once the report has been delivered or accessed. We will review refund requests made within 7 days of purchase for duplicate charges, accidental duplicate purchases, failed report access, major technical errors we cannot reasonably fix, or unauthorized transactions. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law.

To request a refund, email support@astrocartographychart.net with your account email, order or checkout ID, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond to billing support requests within 3 business days. Creem may also review and process refunds, chargebacks, and disputes as Merchant of Record or payment processor.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

Our main paid product is currently a one-time digital report. If we offer recurring subscriptions, the checkout page will state the renewal price, billing interval, and subscription terms before you purchase. You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal through the account billing area, the Creem customer portal if available, or by emailing support@astrocartographychart.net. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or approved under our refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Do not interfere with security, availability, rate limits, or payment systems.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute paid reports at scale.
• Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights or violates law.
• Do not use astrology outputs as a substitute for professional advice or emergency help.

8. User content and birth information

You are responsible for the birth details, locations, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant us permission to process that information as needed to provide charts, recommendations, reports, support, payments, security, and service improvement. You retain any rights you have in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.

9. Intellectual property

The site, software, design, chart rendering, report templates, generated product structure, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you personal access to the purchased digital report. It does not transfer ownership of our software, templates, brand, or platform.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Astrocartography Chart is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on astrology content. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid digital product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, abuse payment systems, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time and may contact us to request account deletion, subject to retention required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when the latest version took effect. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use of Astrocartography Chart after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
